Who it is for

Relationships often go through phases, and what your relationship needs can change along the way. lovlov is a tool designed to support you in any of these phases, on your own or with your partner if you both want to take part.

These are situations you may recognize, not a fixed sequence.

Why it exists

Love is rarely the missing piece.

Our closest relationships shape how happy and healthy our lives can be. More often, patterns within us and between us keep good intentions from becoming care the other person can actually feel, and few of us were ever taught to see them.

  • Every need is valid, but no relationship has to meet every need.
  • What gets in the way is often a pattern within us or between us, not a fault in either person.
  • Understanding yourself and your partner matters, as does handling challenges together in ways that work for both of you.
  • What we need, and how our patterns show up, can change with the moment and with life.

Why it matters

Few things shape how long and how well you live as much as your relationships.

Social health

In 2025, the WHO made social connection a global health priority.

Wang et al., 2023

risk of stroke

Valtorta et al., 2016

4.2×

more likely to catch a cold

Cohen et al., 1997

60%

of the healing rate

Kiecolt-Glaser et al., 2005

Who is behind it

I am building lovlov because I was missing something to help me nurture my relationship in everyday life.

Over the last ten years, health has become my passion, and for me that includes how happy we are with our lives. It took me far too long to understand how much our closest relationships matter to that.

The challenges a relationship brings have often overwhelmed me, and I still often reach my limits. Looking back, that is no surprise: I never learned what a great relationship would look like for me, how to be a good partner, or even how to handle the challenges that come up over time. Alongside couples therapy, I needed something I could turn to every day, in the ordinary moments when things get hard. That is what I am building with lovlov.

I have been building companies for eighteen years, and I have made more than fifty angel investments, many of them in health. I believe healthy relationships are the foundation of a good life for everyone, whether with family, children, a partner or friends.
